Everytime I have tried to upload pictures and movie clips it has failed. Can't I drag and drop it anywhere?
In answer to your question...its not a drag and drop sort of thing but if you look up in the toolbar there is a picture of a mountain, click on that it uploads pictures, and the one next to it that looks like a movie reel is for movies, then something that looks like an eraser on the right hand side. so it goes ABC check mark, picture tab, movie tab, eraser. that should help. Some movies take one or two tries to get them up, especially if they are long.
